Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 March 2026.

1. The service

NordBay Systems B.V. ("NordBay", "we") provides hosted container registry and package repository services ("the Service") to business customers. These terms apply to every team account and to everyone who uses the Service on behalf of a customer.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the people you invite, for the access tokens issued for your team and for all activity carried out with them. Keep tokens confidential and revoke them when they are no longer needed. Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images, packages and other artifacts you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, replicate and deliver them to you and to the clients you authorise. We do not inspect private content except where required to operate the Service, for example for vulnerability scanning that you enable.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to distribute malware, to infringe the rights of others, to store content that is unlawful in the Netherlands, or to interfere with the Service or with other customers. We may suspend access that puts the platform or other customers at risk and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance; usage above the plan is billed in arrears. Invoices are due within 14 days. Prices exclude VAT.

6. Availability

We aim for the availability published on our status page. Service credits for Business plans are set out in the order form. Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours ahead.

7. Termination

You may close your team at any time. After closure your content is retained for 30 days so that you can export it, then deleted from primary storage and, within a further 35 days, from backups.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
